When will my order ship?
Orders take about 1 week to make before they are placed in the mail. When your item ships, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. Please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking number to begin working.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please contact us within 48 hours to cancel your order for a full refund. Orders cancelled past 48 hours will be refunded their purchase excluding a 15% restocking fee.
What is your return policy?
If you'd like to return your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and send it back within 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned with all pieces and in new condition for a full refund, excluding original shipping costs.
Do you offer gift wrap services?
Everything we send out is lovingly wrapped whether you bought the item for yourself or as a gift to someone else. If you would like to attach a complimentary gift note, or to leave the receipt out of the box, please contact us with 24 hours of placing the order and we would be happy to assist you.
Do you sell in person?
Yes! We frequently attend shows throughout the year. The best place to hear about shows we will be attending is via our Instagram.
Do you sell in stores?
We do! We don't publish the list of stores on our website but if you contact us, we'd be happy to see if there's a store in your area that carries our bags!
How do I care for my handbag?
Don't stress! We tried to make it as easy as possible by outlining the steps on our care page.
Do you do custom orders?
If you have something specific in mind, feel free to email us at email@example.com and we would be happy to give you a quote and turnaround time. Custom orders are not eligible for return.
